The NUCTECH BXM1000 produces a real-time image of the scanned object, highlighting organic materials that can be lost in X-ray transmission systems, such as explosives, coins, drugs, and more. Because backscatter imaging does not require access to both sides of the object being scanned, the BXM2000 is particularly useful in situations where a transmission X-ray system simply will not fit or cannot be positioned correctly, such as checking the inside of a vehicle door panel or a wall cavity on site.
